The Alameda Creek Watershed Council meets bi-monthly.  Meetings alternate between east and west County locations. 
 
Mark your calendars!  In 2010, we expect to meet on the 4th Thursdays monthly.  We hope to have field tours and training sessions on alternate months.   Please contact Elke Rank at 925-454-5005 or erank@zone7water.com if you have suggestions for meeting topics, trainings, and/or field tours.

Friends of the Arroyos Granada Native Gardens Work Day

Please join us on Sat. March 6th for another Granada Native Gardens work day. With all this great rain, the natives and weeds are growing happily together, so let’s meet from 1 until 3pm to remove all those weeds! Come out and enjoy the green scene! Bring your families and friends. High schoolers can get community service credits for this too!

Bring you own gloves, favorite weeding tools, wear sturdy shoes, and plan on getting dirty.
Granada Native Gardens is in Livermore, located across Murietta Blvd. from Nob Hill Foods Grocery, along Arroyo Mocho, behind the AM-PM at Stanley Blvd. and Murietta Blvd. Best to park in the Nob Hill Parking lot.
