The Alameda County Conservation Partnership sponsors workshops on conservation easements, the ecology and management of local threatened species, and a variety of other topics. The workshops provide classroom and field experience, and are taught by experts in their field.

Easement Workshop #3
"Understanding the Easement Document"
Michele Clark from the California Rangeland Trust will be our guest speaker. She will explain the content, terminology and terms of a standard easement. Michele will also explain how you can insert your family's preferences into an easement and what topics your family will want to talk about before you begin negotiating an easement. You will receive a standard easement to take home, along with other documents to review for your information and consideration.
